BACK TO SCHOOL SIDEWALK PARTY

Come one, come all! This fun, free, community event is not to be missed! Kiddie Science and the office of Assembly Member Brian Cunningham invite you to the first annual Back To School Sidewalk Party! Taking place on Wednesday, September 7th, this event aims to celebrate the end of summer while connecting the community with valuable resources. 1pm to 4pm on the sidewalk right outside the Kiddie Science Lab @ 509 Rogers Avenue!

Here's what you can get excited about-

• 100 fully loaded backpacks from a local church organization
  
  
• Books for age 12 and under from Brooklyn Book Bodega
  
  
• Health Bucks (8-10 per household) and food resources from Department of Health
  
  
• Science goodie bags from Kiddie Science
  
  
• Button making with Private Picassos
  
  
• Hands-on science activity with STEM Kids NYC
  
  
• Set your intention for the school year with a collaging activity presented by Brooklyn FAM
  
  
• Raffles for goodies from Awesome (everyone gets a free ticket, even the kids!)
  
  
• Giant bubble stations 
  
  
• Music & Dance demonstration from Pixie Pods at 1:30pm and 2:30pm
  
  
• Science demonstration by Ms. Carmen at 3:15pm
