Science In The City

10/5/2015

Attention young engineers and architects, this one's for you! October features some great events that can't be missed. If you enjoy architecture and engineering, you'll want to check out the events below:

Building of the Day
Explore the architecture of some of New York's most interesting buildings through a guided tour. There's a different building for each day this month! Archtober (ärk’tōbər) is New York City’s Architecture and Design Month, the fifth annual month-long festival of architecture activities, programs, and exhibitions taking place during the month of October.

Bricks and Beverages
Lego and libations? It just doesn't get better than that. Join the Center for Architecture and LEGO for a fun and lively game night that will rekindle our love of LEGOs while enjoying a night out among friends and colleagues. October 16, 6-9pm.

Center for Architecture Lego Workshops

Children and teens are invited to explore architecture, design and construction with everyone's favorite building material - LEGO bricks!
