Third Grade Science

Our third grade in-school residency at PS 9 continues with more hands-on science fun! During weeks four to six, we've explored invertebrate adaptations, learned about the anatomy of feathers, and focused on the specialization of bird beaks. All of this knowledge rounds out our understanding of living things, their adaptions, and how these things are passed on through traits and heredity.

We're gearing up for our final project, where we're combine everything we've learned to design a specie of our very own!
