Last fall, Ms. Carmen became a Covid vaccine trial volunteer. Not long after, she learned that a good friend and colleague, Dr. Andie, also became a volunteer for a different trial. As two women of color both deeply committed to science education, we want to share with you our firsthand experience with the vaccine development process, and provide context for the associated vocabulary. We hope your family can join us for this free, kid-friendly forum scheduled for Thursday, March 18th at 4:15pm EST. This forum will take place via Zoom and is expected to be 45 minutes in duration.
