 The Kiddie Science Lab Little Free Library is officially a year old! Time sure flies when you're enjoying a good book. We want to thank the Brooklyn Book Bodega, the Roehr Family Foundation, Citizen's Committee of NYC, and the local community for making this an ongoing resource available to the readers in our community. Two years into the pandemic, local library access is still limited. Our Little Free Library fulfills a need far greater than we initially anticipated. We want to thank you for stopping by and taking a book or three! We have big news! The Kiddie Science Lab Little Free Library is recipient of Read In Color books and resources! Read in Color aims to help distribute books that share different perspectives on race and social justice, as well as literature by BIPOC and LGBTQ authors. By reading diverse books, we can increase understanding, empathy, and inclusion. Visit our Little Free Library through the month of December for Read In Color book options (and more!) for the young reader in your life.
