Thanks to the amazing support of individual donors, the Kiddie Science Engineering Club kicked off a few weeks ago at the Flatbush Beacon Center! We've begun or exploration by discussing what engineering is and what engineers do. We built simple machines and have begun exploring things that fly. During this inaugural 6-week session, our goal is to explore how homes are built, learn about types of homes from around the world, and ultimately build a model home of our own. We look forward to sharing with you where our exploration takes us.
The Kiddie Science Engineering Club is available free of charge to all program participants and is 100% funded through in-kind and charitable contributions from individuals just like you. Thank you!
