It was a fun and informative time at the Kiddie Science Lab with Dr. Kristen Brumleve of PM Pediatrics Cobble Hill and Dr. Sonia Patel from PM Pediatrics in Bensonhurst. Participants explored emergency scenarios and practiced what to say and do in an emergency situation. The hands-on portion of the workshop involved exploring first aid supplies and learning how to take care of a cut/scrape. Each participant then put together their own basic first aid kit.

- What is your fire and/or emergency situation plan?
- What is/are the phone option(s) in your home in case 911 needs to be contacted?
- Does everyone in the household know their address and phone number?
