The recent wet weather has done wonders for our gardens! Check out how our plants are doing-
 | So far we've harvested herbs, half a pound of collard greens, and red lettuce for the turtles (and a sandwich). Our tomato plants are flowering, so we hope to have some tomatoes in about a month or so. We expect to harvest some chard, more herbs, and more lettuce soon. Our collaboration with Allergic To Salad means we utilize the garden in various ways. In addition to basic care and troubleshooting, we cook with the food grown in the garden while incorporating math, culinary skills, and vocabulary. |
