We got a late start, but we've begun working on our gardens for the year! Our older students will primarily be gardening in the backyard while the younger scientists work on the front planters. So far, our Big & Little Scientists have planted leafy greens, which will benefit from the continuous hours of sunshine the front of the Lab gets. Our older groups have been busy planting leafy greens, basil, border flowers, and working on establishing a pollinator garden. All this has happened within two weeks! The reason we've been able to hit the ground running is due to your support. In-kind donations from our Amazon Wish List make it possible for our young scientists to have access to the necessary science tools to expand on their learning and exploration. Thank you! |
