Thanks to support from the Brooklyn Public Library, the Cortelyou Library Friends, and individual donors just like you, the School Break Science program presented three free workshops during the recent spring break.
A total of 52 families participated in the program, with an average of eighteen young scientists per workshop. Over the course of three science workshops, we explored color science and chromatography, refraction, and polymers. Workshops took place at the Pacific and Cortelyou branch libraries.
We excitedly return to Cortelyou library in June with two more free science workshops!
By becoming a Champion for Young Scientists you support this and other community-based initiatives. Thank you in advance for your support.
